The transport and logistics sector constantly bemoans itself for the lack of young people seeking a career in the sector, which in part is a valid point. However, we have firmly believe that investment, engagement and reward does still resonate with young people that want to carve a path in what can be a dynamic and successful career in our Industry.
This week we’re celebrating Ethan Thrusell, who has successfully passed his Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship with a Distinction result through Mantra Learning and the National Logistics Academy. He is also in the first phase of our Driver Training programme and hopes to take his Car Driving test in Q4 this year.
Since becoming part of the Trans-Bridge team 18 months ago, Ethan’s confidence and character have blossomed in equal measure. He is concentious, hard working and a relaible part of the team and well liked by all. He has a clear vision of his part of our working relationship and has already seen that trust wins responsibility and responsibility comes with rewards.
Well Done, Ethan! 👏🏼👏🏼
