Hazardous Cargo

• The carriage of Hazardous Goods has, thankfully, become subject to more stringent and restrictive legislation. This has, in the main, frightened off the "cowboys" in the transport industry that are willing to ignore legislation that is imposed to ensure that dangerous goods moved by road, rail and sea are done so in a safe and responsible manner.

• Trans-Bridge are heavily involved in servicing the Chemical Industry with carriage to and from Ireland, The Isle Of Man, Channel Islands and locally within the UK. Over the years, we have prided ourselves on our excellent safety record and our commitment to constantly review and adopt out procedures in line with ever tightening legislation.

• Our DGSA has a wealth of experience within the Chemical Industry, and during his career has been responsible for the operation of large plants manufacturing various hazardous materials. Under his supervision, we regularly review our safety procedures, our traning schedules, equipment and service suppliers.

• Sophisticated software allows our Operational Team to validate and verify compatibility of varying Classes and Packing Groups. This software is fully compliant with current IMDG Regulations.

• Existing and potential clients are welcome to audit our process should they wish, which we hope demonstrates our commitment to quality.
